IOR Global Services, Inc. (IOR) is excited to announce the promotions of Diana Melbourn to Senior Director of Growth and Client Solutions and Cheryl Hart to Senior Director Destination Services Resourcing.

Diana is approaching her 10th year with IOR and has led the Global Client Solutions team, which includes IOR’s Sales and Marketing efforts, since 2019. During that time, IOR has more than doubled its revenues and launched numerous marketing initiatives  including  IOR’s ReloRundown, Market Focus, Diving into Language, and Cultural Insights. In her new role as Senior Director of Growth and Client Solutions, Diana will continue to lead the Sales and Marketing teams and will work closely with CEO Rob Burns on setting and implementing IOR’s strategic growth plan.

 

Cheryl has been with IOR for 16 years, a Director since 2015 and in her current role as Director of Destination Services Resourcing since 2023. Cheryl has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the Destination Services business by overseeing IOR’s network of more than 500 DSCs. Cheryl and her team have maintained a strong community and made significant improvements to IOR’s training and onboarding of DSCs, all while managing an ever-growing network.

 

Both Diana and Cheryl join the newly formed Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with Suzy Leinbach, Senior Director of Quality and Customer Experience and Rita Shulda, Senior Director of Global Training and Innovation. “I am excited to announce the well-deserved promotions of Diana and Cheryl. Both have played instrumental roles in the growth of our business, strengthening client relationships, and offering best-in-class quality and service we provide to our clients and customers,” said IOR CEO, Rob Burns. “We have an outstanding team at IOR. I look forward to collaborating with the SLT to continuously innovate and improve our business as we grow.”

IOR is also pleased to announce that Katie Abbatacola has been promoted to Global Client Solutions Manager. Katie has been contributing to IOR for over three years, and her passion for client satisfaction and program excellence has been essential to IOR’s success. “I am thrilled to welcome Katie Abbatacola to the Client Solutions team. Her strong customer service and project management skills have been invaluable to our organization over the last three years, and we’re excited to see the positive impact she’ll bring to IOR’s valued clients!” said Diana Melbourn, Senior Director of Growth and Client Solutions.
