The Altair 2021 All Star Award for Destination Services recognizes suppliers who achieve the highest performance results in the areas of overall performance, customer service, timeliness of delivery, quality of performance, responsiveness, commitment to the customer experience, and utilization of innovative solutions. This is the second time in three years that IOR has earned this top distinction for Altair’s global network of Destination Services Providers (DSPs). IOR was announced as the All Star winner at Altair Global’s fifth annual invitation-only awards ceremony recognizing supplier partners’ outstanding achievements during the Worldwide ERC Workforce Symposium in Chicago. “We are proud of and thankful for the relationship and successful partnership we have built with IOR Global Services,” said Jim Edwards, Senior Vice President of Global Supplier Partnerships at Altair. “By connecting with these prestigious and highly regarded companies, we continue to be able to work together to provide the best experiences for our clients and customers. The BGRS Platinum Global Supplier Service Excellence Award was presented at BGRS’s 2021 Virtual Supplier Forum and recognizes suppliers who exceed SLA targets, consistently achieve above and beyond metrics, and exhibit true partnership. IOR was also one of eleven finalists to be nominated for the BGRS Supplier of the Year Award. These finalists were selected from more than 1,900 preferred suppliers who were recognized for their superior customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, providing market leading innovation and process efficiencies, and for being exceptional partners.
During the Cartus 2021 Global Network Conference, IOR was named the winner of the Cartus Global Network Commitment to Excellence Gold Award for our exceptional service results. This award recognizes a supplier’s measurable commitment to excellence and is presented to providers who have distinguished themselves by achieving critical performance metrics. “Our network demonstrates professionalism, work ethic, partnership, and commitment to excellence and we are proud to have such a strong team of providers who recognize how critical each relocation is to an employee’s life and career, as well as to the client’s overall business objectives,” said Eric Barnes, CFO and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Cartus. “When serving our Cartus clients and customers, IOR demonstrates the highest caliber of excellence every day. At NEI’s Annual Supplier Summit held in Omaha Nebraska, IOR was presented the NEI Service Exceeding Expectations Award for achieving the highest percentile scores as captured in NEI scorecard processes for our Intercultural Solutions.
Lastly, IOR is proud to have received the NEI Corporate Responsibility Award, recognizing service partners who best demonstrate their corporate responsibility to community service, philanthropic activity, environmental sustainability, and corporate governance. IOR supports our philanthropic partners, Refugee One and Move for Hunger, through a variety of events, volunteer efforts, and donations throughout the year.
